[PLUG-ANNOUNCE] Corrections to Clinic announcement

This is a "Doh!" kind of day.

1) The URL for driving instructions to get to Riverdale were wrong, here's
the correct link: http://hs.riverdale.k12.or.us/directions.html

2) The Clinic is actually going to start at 11am Saturday, instead of the
normal 1pm. 

BTW, I won't be able to be at this session so Eric Harrison will be
running the show this month.
