[PLUG-ANNOUNCE] Announcement: PDX PHP meeting

pdxphp.org - a local(!) PHP user group - is having a special meeting 
tonight at PSU. They appear to have, no few than, 8 PHP luminaries 
scheduled to speak. If you use PHP or support people who do, it should be 
an interesting event.

Here's the basic info:

The Date: Tuesday, Aug 2nd.
The Time: Doors open at 5pm, (mingle, eat pizza), talks start 5:30 and go
           to about 9pm.
The Location: PSU 4th Ave Building, Room 10, 1900 SW 4th Ave
