On Sunday, July 23 at 1pm, we'll be offering LPI level 1 (101 and 102)
exams. If you've already contacted me to reserve a seat, there's one
for you. If you haven't, you still can - just get yourself an LPI id
on their website (http://www.lpi.org) first.

These exams cost $40/each, cheaper than most other places, and benefit
Free Geek at the same time as gilding your credentials. Super-good.

For those not receiving this message on the lpi-study list, Free Geek
hosts an email list for people preparing for the LPI exams. It's quiet
but there are people subscribed to it, including people who have taken
the exams already, so if you wanted to ask about how hard the tests
are or how to prepare, you can check out
http://lists.freegeek.org/listinfo/lpi-study

Please let me know which test* you are interested in taking as soon as
possible. Limited to ten seats.

Email me if you have any questions.

-laurel

* I'll only be running one session, so you can only take one test this
time around. Sorry, iron men of Linux.
