Talk Description:

SQL - An introduction to manipulating data and analyzing results.  This
will focus on understanding basic SQL data manipulation commands, data
normalization, and the performance impacts of queries to include blocking,
poorly written queries and why indexes are good.

Short BIO:

Tim Bruce is a Database Administrator at Fiserv Card Services where he
supports databases engines that include Microsoft SQL Server, MS Access,
MySQL, and PostgreSQL.  He is also the Web Master/System Administrator for
the Washington County Composite Squadron (PCR-OR-034) of the Civil Air
Patrol.
