Our .Cloud group is a global leader in managed security services with more than eight million end users at more than 19,000 clients ranging from small business to the Fortune 500 who use our online services to protect, control, encrypt, archive, backup and restore electronic communications, files and servers.  Their ongoing development and systems architecture represents some of the latest in open source cloud storage and security engineering. 

Around 70% of this role is operations focused, which has been defined as managing lab, production environments, systems, hardware, IT resources, staff management (people management).  The remaining 30% is tasked with managing RuleSpace's enterprise support engineering staff who are tasked with complex integration specific projects. 

This position is not extensively hands-on but it does require a strong understanding of Linux/Unix administration, virtualization, shell scripting and/or other DevOps or systems related experience and expertise in complex product engineering environments.
