Systems Administrator
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 4 Months
Start: ASAP

NOTE: There may be a drug screening and/or background check required. This
job requires on-call support. May require after-hours work.

*OVERVIEW *
The Systems Administrator is a member of the Interactive team with shared
responsibility for the day to day operation and monitoring of platforms
within the Interactive infrastructure.

*REQUIRED *
2-4 Years of Unix Shell Scripting experience
2-4 Years of Shell Scripting experience
2-4 Years of Windows/Linux operating system experience
1-2 Years of PHP experience
Experience with Nagios or Icinga
Familiarity with MYSQL, MSSQL or Sybase
Basic networking and telecomm skills

*RESPONSIBILITIES *
Perform day-to-day operational support of servers in an UNIX/Windows
environment
Perform system, network and capacity monitoring of production and lab
systems
Open, work and escalate trouble tickets using Remedy
Participate in and contribute to the development and implementation of
support tools and resources to enhance support capabilities of the
environment.
Develop, implement and maintain systems documentation and operational
procedures
Assist NOC personnel in improving their skill sets and resolve operational
issues
Provide 24x7 on call support on a rotating basis; some after-hours
scheduled maintenance events
