Project Description:<br>
In this position, you will be part of the NBI RFID Operation SW Development
team. You will be developing validation capabilities for a multi-platform
development effort that is producing firmware, kernel-mode drivers, and
application-level software targeting platforms.<br>

Daily Responsibilities:<br>
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: <br>
- Developing test design and test case specifications and/or scripts <br>
- developing, and executing manual and/or automated tests to validate
application core functionality <br>
- entering and/or updating tracker reports on bugs found or verified <br>
- Publishing test results, and collaborating with application developers to
assess and resolve application functionality and performance issues<br>

Years of Experience Desired:<br>
You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and three
years of industry experience, or equivalent relevant experience. <br>
<br>
Expertise Level (Jr., Mid., Sr.): Mid-Sr.<br>

Necessary Skills (Must Have):<br>
Additional qualifications include: <br>
- Demonstrated experience in validation of complex device control software and
cross-platform applications<br>
- Strong experience in software development for test (test development)
including regression test automation using C programming and scripting (shell
scripting, Perl, TCL*) <br>
- Experience in validating Windows* or Linux* software at the API level <br>
- Experience developing test design and test case specifications<br>
- Good knowledge of software validation concepts: PRD testability, Black and
White/Gray Box testing, Regression Testing, Perform ance Testing, and others <br>
- Experienced with embedded software validation under Windows* CE or embedded
Linux* <br>
- Excellent orientation for details <br>
