Hey Mike you'll never believe what I found today.
I found specific instructions on how to configure the NIC with two IPs, one
of them being a DHCP assigned address. The short answer is, it's a registry
hack.

The relevant section is near the bottom, but the whole page was mildly
interesting. :)
WARNING! Editing the registry CAN cause your Windows machine to become
unstable (even more than normal) do so at your own risk. (I love putting in
