His legal authority resides in the fact that the parties to the complaint
are in his venue.
His Venue is Equity court with a Maritime twist, wherein the foreclosure on
USA bankruptcy bgan in 1933.
The dog owner did not know that he himself was not on trial but his legal
personality was.
SO he entered a venue in which the judge has the final authority, in his
courtroom, subject only to the Commander-in-Chief as per Maritime Law.
We are at war again remember)
