You're right. Everyone else in the world has their own unique culture, but
we do not.

I wasn't talking about the federal government, I was talking about people.

Name one place where freedom of speech was written law before the
ratification of the US constitution. And I don't think a German would ever
prepare a hotdog the way an American would.
