Yes. But the other form is no less correct... just a bigger pain in the butt
to decipher.

I agree with the desire for law to be in common language, for consistency
and understandability.  (And easier to understand for those with imperfect
english, and easier translation for those who wish to inform themselves of
these laws but cannot read English.  Not to mention those who speak English
but cannot read it, and need to hear it spoken.  Everyone who is required to
follow laws has the right to be informed of what they are.)

The less the better, and the easier to remember.

They say posession is 9/10ths of the law, and I say it's the whole law when
I possess it. :)

If I say it's mine, it really IS mine.  They can try to take it... we'll see
if they succeed.

I traded my labor for some pieces of paper, which I traded to put it in my
driveway.  Now I have the machine of iron, AND the paper.  But who cares
what the paper said.  It's just ink, right? :)
