Hrm.  I'd grant the right to ask for it.  But if it is actually mine, I'll
be the judge of whether or not he needs it more than I do.  If I agree, he
might be in luck.  Or maybe I will share if it isn't too much impact.

But he doesn't have the right to just take it.

Just as many Native Americans (as per previous discussion) choose to share
their resources with each other (as part of their culture) and even
strangers, I can choose to share mine or not.

But just as the European settlers didn't have the right to strip them of
what was theirs, neither does Jeme have a right to strip you of what is
yours.

(In other words, who determines the need... the taker or the holder?  I say
the holder, or we end up with way too much taking.)
