You're dead right, of course.
I was going to say something about it and get my facts straight, but I
didn't want to bother looking it up... I just conceded the possibility and
took the lazy route.
Anybody who's ridden a bicycle at low speed can tell that staying up
doesn't require spinning wheels.
Hell, once you get used to it, staying upright at a dead stop isn't too
too tough.
