Actually, no we can't.  We have to monitor his misinformation so that
we can correct it.  I don't particularly care about random abuse,
since that is obvious to anyone on its face.

What if someone started posting insidious messages indicating the PLUG
meeting was cancelled, rescheduled, moved to another location, etc?
What is the appropriate response to that kind of behavior?  I don't
see Robby's "PLUG Announcements" post to be qualitatively different.

Maybe there is a better solution.  Let's hear your ideas.
