This would make sense in a typical mailing list and/or forum, however 
PLUG is a legal entity that has business interests in each thread. Did 
you read the disclaimer at the door? No? Me neither.

There is also the 3rd option: Reasonably intelligent people should see 
that such post was completely sarcastic and if they believed it...well, 
then again, we're all victims of misinformation as it is.
