Well, they apparently gave it to IBM on 1/12 and at some point between
then and now IBM claims that the SCO claim has no basis.

But, the lawsuit is an accusation of illegal activity and has nothing
to do with this claim that the GPL violates the constitution.  The
lawsuit could have some basis in fact and has to be handled by the
courts.  I don't care about that.

But, McBride demonstrates himself to be either unable to understand
the English language (the language in which Article I8 is written in),
or he's just incompetently trying to use inflammatory rhetoric to save
his company.

The question is, do our representatives (including the judges)
understand English?  And do they understand that this claim is not
only specious, but is just an idiotic non sequitur?
