Check out guidestar.org. Look for the IRS Form 990's and there is a
listing of their highest paid people. From the 2002 filing, their
president [1] received $484,348 plus $51,229 contribution to a
benefits plan.

And this is just a local organization, not national. His total
compensation in 2002 amounted to about 1% of revenue.
