Free of potholes?   ;-)

Most state roads going places outside of Portland actually go places...
places with thousands of people in them.  You might try driving them
sometime.  :-)

I'd be willing to pay more road taxes and live with fewer well-kept
roads if it meant I didn't have to pay as much to support fiscally
irresponsible government projects.

Perhaps you're confusing the term 'Conservative' with 'Republican' ?

It's a common mistake.

I don't believe we're helping people so much by giving them everything
