[PLUG-TALK] Smoke emission cards like in the movies

Computers are not as much fun as the ones in the movies. In the
movies, a computer encountering an unsolvable problem produces smoke
and sparks and starts speaking in a shrill panic. Mine just prints
an error message.

So how about a PCI card that emits smoke (er, more than once...)?
Combined with sparks drawn on the screen, and synthesized speech
from the sound card, we should be able to duplicate the movie
behavior at home. No more boring old blue screens of death, we
can turn software errors into multisensory extravaganzas!

Er, ah, :-) . I will take my meds now.
