Florida should enact a law that requires
food and water to be provided in cases
where there are no written instructions.
It's barbaric the way Terry's husband is
trying to come out and say, "she's not
in pain." Just because she's in a coma,
that doesn't mean she isn't feeling pain.

For those who say, write a will. What
gurantee is there that any will is going
to be followed?

I for one hope there's a moral backlash
against these court decisions.

Laws and instructions written on paper are
meaningless when what you find in peoples'
hearts doesn't agree. Congress gave the
parents the power to try and move the case
to the Supreme Court, but the high court
is showing a heart made of stone.

I would like to see a consitutional
prohibition on indefinte filibustering to
stop voting on the President's Supreme
Court nominees. The Congress has a
constitutional duty to vote up or down and
should do so within a reasonable time frame.
If the high court were more conservative,
this case would get heard in it.
