[PLUG-TALK] Trick to Qwest DNS setup?

Anybody use Qwest as their ISP over DSL? I'm trying to set up the
reverse pointer for my static IP address. The page to go to *appears*
to be:
https://my.qwest.net/static_dns/static_dns.cgi
I appear to be logged in okay, but when I click on the "Configure Reverse
DNS Records" I get:
Sorry
An error occurred with Configuring DNS for Your Static IPs.
It is a temporary error and has been logged.
Please try again later
I've been trying this for 3 days, so I guess it's not a temporary error.
I've had no luck getting through to tech support on the phone. Perhaps
they'll eventually answer me via email. But it occurred to me that someone
on the list might know what the trick is.
Perhaps it was a bad idea to pick qwest as the ISP. I also appear to
be getting pretty questionable response time, based on some initial pinging.
Last time I was in PDX I used Easy Street, but I didn't like the fact
that they had no automated way to make DNS changes :-) If anyone has
ISP recommendations, I'd like to hear them.
