You can go to Harbor Freight Tools and get a spray can (think like a 
paint can) that you can inflate with any compressor or a bicycle pump.  
The bicycle pump works best, as it won't introduce additional moisture.

Using a compressor (like the ordinary tire air at the gas station) is 
not always wise as they usually don't get their water emptied.  However, 
if there is no water in the air, it's great.

The can is meant for filling up with paint so you can spray any kind.  
They cost about $10.

And no fumes!  Low-tech if you fill with your own hand or foot pump, but 
completely environmentally friendly!
