[PLUG-TALK] Blog Server Themes and Browser Skins

I've put the rack of ribs in the barbecue pit, and it will take 4-6 hours
for them to cook. I'm trying alder flavor this time because that's what was
on the top of my cooking wood pile.

In the meantime, I'm amusing myself looking at the WordPress themes. There
are some fantastically creative folks out there with superior graphic art
abilities, an area in which I can claim no talents. What strikes me, however,
is the prevalence of blue-based color schemes.

I've seen this in firefox themes and other applications that offers a
variety of looks to customize the way it appears to us and others. I wonder
why there's so much blue. Could this be a reminder of the BSOD so familiar to
those in the Winduhs world? Or, a remnant of the blue background when VGA
monitors first came out (remember WordPerfect's bright white text on a blue
background?) Why so much blue? Anyone know?

Just curious,

Rich
