I have a battery charger from Power-Sonic (PSC-122000A)[1] which I've
used for charging 12V 12 A-hr sealed lead-acid batteries. However,
now I've got a couple new smaller capacity batteries: a 3.4 A-hr[2]
and a 5 A-hr[3], which (according to the spec sheet) should be charge
at a maximum current of 1A and 1.25A respectively. My PSC-122000A
charger puts out 2A. Is there any practical, effective and safe way
to prevent the charger from pushing too much current through the
smaller batteries?
Thanks!
