   Aha! I finally found out why I consistently have problems placing orders
on their web site: they run only Microsoft software and they support only
IE! Once again I had to call and have someone watch what happened, then fix
the order by hand, before it would go through.

   I'm appalled that any large computer retailer with a web presence tries to
lock out linux, Mac, solaris, and other users. Of course, there are a lot of
really dumb business decisions made all the time.
