Just the other day I was faced with the same issue. I googled and
googled without luck. Finally I found a site that assured me that there
were no free lookup services. It was probably put there by one of the
non-free lookup services hoping that I would give up and pay them
money. They failed in their goal, as I really didn't care much.

I was looking with my laptop computer. I wasn't concerned about looking
things up with my cell phone because it has no advanced features. In
fact, it really just has a microphone and a speaker, with a radio in
between. Oh wait ... there's a camera in it too. If I could ever figure
out how to turn it on.
