Assuming that is a standard miniPCI board, those screws (about
an inch apart IIRC) are standard too. If they have screw lock
goop painted on them, scrape that off first, of course, but I
have never seen that on the radio board.
The main thing is to have the correct screwdriver - you likely
don't. These are probably Phillips "P00" screw heads, which
require a fine tipped jeweler's screwdriver, typically smaller than you find
in the average cheapo "10 jewelers screwdrivers for $5" set at
K-Mart. A good set like (wes? john?) brings to the clinic will
work, or some hunting in a high end small tool store might find
something similar.
Or, if you can find a watch repair place, they can loosen those
screws for you.
