Tools > Customize > Keyboard. In the big top window find the keystroke
combination you want to use. (Note that ^m is already assigned to
Default Formatting.) Select the keystroke combination you want, then
click on Mofify. Then in the Category window scroll down to
Openoffice.org Macros. Find your macro and select it.

If this is not working, it is probably because you have not told OOo
which Java to use, so it has no Java. In my experience this is kind of
buggy, because every time I try to do this OOo complains that it does
not have a Java. I tell it to use one of the Javas that I have
installed and it is happy. Then, next time I try this it complains that
it has no Java again. One of the many bugs I wish they would fix.

To tell it which Java to use go to Tools > Options, and in the left
pane select Java. When you click to select a Java be prepared to wait a
long time. For some reason OOo is painfully slow at finding your Javas.
