   Perhaps you could (if you don't already) get involved with PubPat
<http://www.pubpat.org/> the Public Patent Foundation. I copyright my ideas
expressed in articles, white papers, and books, and I adamently opose
petenting ideas that are not expressed in physical devices. PubPat is
fighting for rationality. It will probably take longer than our lifetimes,
but at least they're trying.
