FWIW, this wasn't from a gov't agency, this is a private polling firm,
as far as i can tell.

By the way, if you want to testify to Portland City Council for 3
minutes about broadband and their broadband strategic plan, they are
having a hearing at 2pm on this Wednesday, Sept 14.
