A new mini-SUV in the Beaverton Library parking lot had
two interesting bumper stickers: "Nixon's the One", and
"The Greenwood Space Travel Supply Company".

The latter is a storefront in Seattle, part of
http://826national.org/ , a confederation of community
reading and tutoring organizations in major cities,
funded by selling oddball knickknacks. There is a
Bigfoot Research Institute in Boston, a Boring Store
in Chicago, Brooklyn Superhero Supply, and the Pirate
Store in San Francisco, among many others.

Portland must have one of these. Perhaps we can
commandeer the 24 Hour Church of Elvis.
