When I was covering my family back in 2008, ODS offered the most
affordable plans.  I did a bit of research back then.  They were at
least $100 cheaper than others for the 3 of us (Me, Wife, Child).

I am still using them to cover my child.  They have fairly flexible
options for deductibles and plans.  Though I haven't done much recent
research on the competition.

They have done pretty well with paying what I expect of them through the
years.  And I get updated often as to how much of my deductible is met
each time I have a visit.
