[PLUG-TALK] Douglas Englebart house

[Keith Lofstrom]

Douglas Englebart (RIP) was born and grew up in Portland, attending
Franklin High School and then Oregon State.  Linus Pauling was born
and grew up in Portland and also attended Oregon State.  Some friends
bought Pauling's childhood home on Hawthorne and use it as a clubhouse.

Perhaps somebody knows somebody wealthy enough to track down 
Englebart's childhood home and purchase that as a clubhouse, too.
