   That's interesting, Galen. Of course, with only half of the variance in
download speed explained by income and only a bit more than a third
explained by population density those scatter plots and heat maps are not
very informative. But, they do fill space on the page.

   Too bad the local small cities such as Corbett, Fairview, Troutdale, and
Wood Village can't get fiber to the house, too.
