[PLUG-TALK] Do functional cell phones exist?

I have noticed that mobile phones seem to be getting worse and worse.
Mine is an Android device that works pretty well for almost everything
- except making and getting phone calls. The phone features are slow
and clumsy to use; especially if you require a password. But if you
don't require a password, then any data on the device is totally
unprotected should the phone fall into the wrong hands.

My wife's phone is worst yet. She hates it.
