[PLUG-TALK] Debit card fraud

I just read something about ATM technicians being bribed to allow someone
to install Blue Tooth hardware to "skim" off the card numbers and pin.
This was in Mexico, but I am sure something similar can happen here.  There
are also fake ATMs, usually in shopping centers.  Also, cameras have been
found looking at key strokes at ATMs.  How this would get the card # I do
not know.
