[PLUG-TALK] Card Fraud

I'm doing this from memory and I haven't been on Hacker News
or hacker forms for a time but I do remember something called
a "RAM scraper" used by hackers, etc.

  Also, its very common for on line crooks to buy CC numbers in
bulk and wait a year or more before using them.
