[PLUG-TALK] No-cost cloud file distribution for naive users

Gmail has a feature for doing that. It is called Insert files using Drive.
There is an icon to the right of the Attachment Icon. You select a file
from the Upload tab and say Insert as Drive Link. That uploads your file to
google drive and sends a google drive link to the person instead of sending
the file.  Here is an example.
