Bill,

   This requires both sides of the conversation to have gmail accounts. I
don't, and neither do the two folks to whom I'm trying to send PDF
attachments.

   I was hoping there'd be a file passing equivalent to the URL
shortening/sharing provided by tinyurl.com and bit.ly.
