Too far south, as it happens.  Redmond is about the southern edge of the
zone of totality.

Also, clouds often extend to mountain tops, so running uphill *usually*
doesn't help.  That said, watching from a hill is nice, because you can
see the eclipse shadow coming, which is awesome in itself.
