   This is what Mike Rogaway wrote last autumn.

   I filed a complaint with the AG's consumer fraud division when SpiritOne
ignored my request for a refund of the 4 months for which I paid for
services they stopped providing. The AG's office told me they'd follow up on
this yet I've seen nothing more since then. Sigh.

   And while Keith doesn't like Frontier I now have everything straightened
out with them and I'm quite happy with my 15/5 (down/up) FiOS service.
