[PLUG-TALK] Ubuntu Mate Update Weirdness

Did you add repositories? Did you try a "sudo apt-get upgrade
--allow-unauthenticated" from terminal and view the pending package updates
in question? Better to narrow the repository in question and authenticate
with the source, in my opinion.
