I haven't used VirtualBox for anything in a number of years, and I do
use KVM for, specifically, server-type virtual machines. What I
recall, though, as the selling point of VirtualBox was the absense or
limitations on USB pass-thru with QEMU/KVM. Back in the olden days,
QEMU only supported USB1 (not USB2 or USB3). I have no idea if that has
changed since the last time I looked.
