[PLUG-TALK] Package from China

I would like to add that the CDC budget proposed by WH was cut by almost
20% just this week.

So, they must be sure, that this or the next virus will not affect us here.
Perhaps, with the wall and travel restrictions in place, the infection
cannot get here.
