[PLUG-TALK] eBay and China

I had something similar happen to me. The seller edited the title and
description of the auction after I won. eBay now has a feature that shows
edits, probably to combat this sort of thing. You can report them if you
want. They'll probably refund you. They won't know there's a problem unless
you tell them.
