Keith,

Yes. I've had difficulties getting the proper size plastic covers for our
cell phones. I sent an eBay message to the seller asking him to contact me
directly (and I provided the email address.) He did so and we resolved the
size issue between the two of us. Worked well. Just waiting for that package
to arrive.

Sometimes there is no domestic vendor, or the domestic vendor is a cutout
for the seller in China and backs out after the order is placed.
