      Thanks for the thought, but I have no add-ons.  I was thinking

      about backing up my t-bird profile and reinstalling t-bird.<br>

    Not sure why this ended up in Plug-Talk, but the solution to the

    problem of not being able to compose or reply in T-bird was to

    delete a specific e-mail that arrived the other morning, and then to

    reinstall T-bird.<br>
