[PLUG] rpm installation help, please

I've downloaded ethereal-0.9.5-2.i386.rpm to my RH 7.1 system. I ran:

  rpm -i ethereal-0.9.5-2.i386.rpm

and get the following error messages:

  error: failed dependencies:
	  libpcap >= 0.6 is needed by ethereal-0.9.5-2
	  net-snmp is needed by ethereal-0.9.5-2
	  libcrypto.so.2   is needed by ethereal-0.9.5-2
	  libpcap.so.o.6.2   is needed by ethereal-0.9.5-2
	  libsnmp.so.5   is needed by ethereal-0.9.5-2

I understand that I need to install or upgrade something related to each
of the above, but I don't know where to start. Is the process the same
for each dependency? I.e., do I find the appropriate rpm for libpcap,
net-snmp, libcrypto.so.2, libpcap.so.o.6.2, and libsnmp.so.5, download
them, and run rpm -i on each of them? If they give me similar messages,
to I keep working through the dependencies until they go away?

If I upgrade the ones that are already installed (how do I tell that?)
will I break something else?

Thanks.
