[PLUG] Usermod: adding a user to a group

Well as MS always says, back up the registry before you make any changes.

My friend had a non-networked linux box where he kept forgetting the root
password, so I told him over the phone how to make it so that root could
login without a password....He had to reinstall after that....Guess I
should have done it in person for him...
