[PLUG] Usermod: adding a user to a group

But if the person in question can't remember their root password they 
won't be able to run "shutdown" since they can't su to root. I guess if 
the system in question handles <CTRL>-<ALT>-<DEL> a clean shutdown and 
reboot can be accomplished that way.
